I have friends who live around the area where she was last seen, and they mention that Laning Road and N Harbor Drive are usually bustling with tourists this time of year. Considering the high foot traffic, I wonder if anyone might have noticed something off the day she disappeared but brushed it off as a regular city oddity.
If anyone was around that area on September 26 and remembers seeing anything, even if it seemed insignificant at the time, it might be worth revisiting your memories.
