Did anyone else hear about the victim's family and how they're coping with this tragedy? I read that Byiringiro Mupenzi was living with his mom, sister, and nephew. It must be unimaginably tough for them, not only because they lost someone they loved, but also considering the journey they’ve been through coming from the DRC and all. I can’t help but think about his mom, expecting him home that night and then dealing with the news… it must have been devastating. I hope they’re getting the support they need from the community. As always, hoping for justice and some peace for his family. If anyone knows of any fundraisers or support efforts for them, please share here.
