Has anyone dug into the detail that Floyd Pratt's case was highlighted by the Texas Missing Persons Clearinghouse? I remember reading somewhere that cases featured in state initiatives often have some unique aspects. Maybe there's something specific in his background or last known interactions that made it stand out to the authorities back then. It’s frustrating that so many similar cases from Houston in the 90s linger without resolution. I hope more exposure will eventually shed some light on what happened.
