Has anyone else heard about the recent developments with Paul Jose Rodriguez Jr.'s disappearance? It's so strange to think about how a simple kayaking trip turned into such a tragic incident. I'm curious about the GoPro footage – it must be so hard for his friends and family to get confirmation of what happened that way. I could never imagine receiving such devastating news through a video. I'm also wondering if there were other kayakers or hikers in the area that day who might have noticed something unusual. Anyone local to Juneau have insights on how common it is for people to head out to the glacier like he did? It's always seemed like such a serene place, but I guess nature can be unpredictable.
