I've been thinking a lot about Dennis Palmer's case, especially how authorities mentioned they believed there was a witness to his murder. If that's true, I can't help but wonder why this witness never came forward or if they did, why it didn't lead to any arrests. It's troubling to imagine someone carrying such a heavy secret all these years. I understand the fear and complexities involved, but I hope that person finds the courage to share what they know. After all this time, Dennis’ family deserves some peace and answers. Maybe there's someone out there right now who remembers something small that could be the missing piece of the puzzle. Keeping hope for justice alive. ?
Hey everyone,
Has anyone dug into the backgrounds of the people Dennis knew in Alpine County around the time of his death? I'm trying to piece together whether someone from his circle might have had a motive. From what I've read, it seems like he had a fairly routine life, but it's always the hidden details that can make a difference.
I can't stop thinking about what his girlfriend must have gone through, the anxiety building up when he didn't come home that night. It's hard to fathom how someone could vanish in one day and end up in such a tragic situation weeks later. It's frustrating how little has been shared about the investigation details, especially considering there are whispers about a potential witness and known suspects.
If anyone has any info or theories, even about his life during that period, it might be worth looking deeper into. Every detail helps, no matter how small it might seem.
Thanks for reading, and my heart goes out to those who knew and loved Dennis.
Did anyone else see that letter to the editor from a few years back regarding Dennis Palmer’s case? I stumbled across it again recently and can’t stop thinking about the details shared in it. If true, it paints a terrifying picture of what happened to him. It also makes me wonder what might have been missed or overlooked during the initial investigation. It's so frustrating to think that there may have been enough evidence or testimony to take this to a Grand Jury, but it just never happened. My heart goes out to Dennis’s family and friends who’ve been waiting decades for answers. Has anyone heard if there have been any recent attempts to reopen the case or push for new leads? I really hope there’s still a chance for justice in his memory.
