I just can't shake how senseless this all is. John Henry Duffin seemed like a devoted family man and was just enjoying a getaway with loved ones. It's such a terrifying thought that something like this could happen in a matter of moments while doing something as mundane as parking a car. I can't even begin to imagine the agony his wife and friends felt when he didn't return — the worry, the fear, then the unimaginable discovery. I think it's important that we all keep the details in mind — specifically about the two suspects and the car model — and hope that, despite the years, someone out there might remember something. Such a gut-wrenching loss should never be left as a cold case. Sending strength to his family, and hoping for answers soon.
