It's really puzzling trying to piece together James Bogardus Jr.'s last known whereabouts. He was reportedly seen near Hemby Street and Riggs Avenue, which isn’t too far from local shelters. I wonder if anyone volunteering or staying there might have noticed someone matching his description? Also, the fact that he carries a duffel bag makes me think he might stand out a bit more. If his tattoos are visible, that could also help someone recognize him. I’m really hoping people in that area keep an eye out and contact the authorities if they have any useful information.
