Hey everyone,
I've been thinking about the chilling silence surrounding Clarissa’s case. It’s been over two decades, and we still know so little about what happened to her. One thing that’s always puzzled me is why the case didn’t get more media coverage in 1991. It seems odd, doesn’t it? A 14-year-old girl goes missing, and then to learn what happened to her in such a tragic way. I just can’t wrap my head around how such a serious matter could remain so underreported.
Do any of you have thoughts on why this happens in certain cases? It's frustrating knowing that there are families out there with more questions than answers. I hope more attention can be brought to Clarissa’s story, and that some new leads might arise. Every little bit of awareness can help, right? Sending love and strength to everyone affected by this tragedy.
Take care.
Hey everyone,
I've been thinking about the Clarissa case and something's been nagging at me. I haven't seen much discussion around the location where her body was found. Otay Valley is such a distinct area—it's not exactly a place where you just stumble upon, especially if you're not familiar with it. Who knew this spot well enough to choose it as a disposal site? It's also interesting that her home in Lomita is about a 20-minute drive away from where she was found. Could this mean the perpetrator had some connection to both areas or the means and knowledge to navigate between them unnoticed?
My heart goes out to Clarissa's family. It must be so difficult not having answers for so long. I can't imagine the pain of not knowing who did this or why. Hoping someone out there knows something that'll bring this family the justice they deserve.
Would love to hear your thoughts or theories. Let's keep this conversation going and hopefully bring more attention to Clarissa's story.
Stay safe,
