Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the Jeffery Montiez Short case and something that's been bothering me is the location of the incident. Buena Vista Manor Apartment Complex has been known to have its issues, but why wasn't there more security or surveillance in place, especially considering past events in the area? It's so frustrating because improvements to safety could potentially save lives and might even have helped in providing more leads or evidence for Jeffery's case. It's devastating that a young man with such potential had his life taken in this way. My heart goes out to Gloria, Marian, and all of Jeffery’s loved ones. I can’t imagine the pain they must be feeling every day this case goes unsolved. If anyone has insight into the conditions or security measures at that complex around the time of Jeffery's death, it might be something worth discussing. Maybe raising awareness can help increase safety measures at other such places and, who knows, even spark something new in Jeffery's case? Thanks for letting me share these thoughts.
