Andrea Hall, an 18-year-old Caucasian female, was one of the victims of the notorious 'Tool Box Killers,' Lawrence Bittaker and Roy Norris. Hall was abducted, raped, tortured, and murdered by the duo in 1979. The 'Tool Box Killers' were known for their gruesome methods, using tools such as pliers, ice picks, and sledgehammers to inflict pain and suffering on their victims. Hall's body, along with that of another victim, Cindy Schaefer, remains missing to this day.
