I've been digging into the disappearance of Katie Morgan from Salt Lake City, and I'm trying to piece together her whereabouts in the days leading up to it. There’s a mention of a "tall man" she was seen talking to outside the library a few days before she vanished—seems like such a key detail that might have been overlooked. Could there have been a report or a sketch made public back then? Just wondering if any locals at the time remember this or if there's some old article I can track down.
