A nude body is found, drowned, but not near any body of water
On May 19, 1992, the body of 40-year-old Danny Kelly Roberts was discovered in a remote area of Tazewell County, Virginia. His nude body was found in the Pounding Mill section, north of U.S. Route 460, submerged in a body of fresh water. The Medical Examiner ruled his cause of death as drowning, but the manner was determined to be suspicious, leading authorities to consider it a homicide. Despite investigations into the case, no suspects have been identified, and the motive remains unclear.
