I came across the case of Mamadou Ngom recently, and it’s truly disturbing to think how someone could be taken in such a senseless way. It seems like another tragic instance where a hardworking individual, simply doing his job, ended up the victim of violence. The community must be really shaken, especially his family and friends back in Senegal and the Senegalese community here. What’s really frustrating is that, after all these years, it looks like no one has been caught or held accountable. I can’t even imagine how hard it must be for those who knew him to live without answers or justice. If anyone has updates or knows if there have been any new developments, sharing that information would be really helpful. No family should be left wondering or without closure. My thoughts go out to everyone affected by this tragedy.
