Has anyone else been curious about the London connection in Dietrich Helmut Jonke’s disappearance? I've been reading up on this case, and it's so strange that he just vanished after arriving in London. I mean, how does a person just disappear in transit like that without leaving a trace? I was thinking, given that it was a long-haul flight from LA to Berlin with a stopover, he must have had some jet lag or been a bit disoriented. Is it possible that he could have wandered off the airport premises, maybe got confused in an unfamiliar city? I know Heathrow is massive, and back in '83, they might not have had the kind of tight security and surveillance we see today. Plus, the lack of personal items noted in his records is so odd. It makes me wonder if he had checked luggage or was just traveling light. Anyway, if anyone has insights or theories on what might have happened in London that day, I'd be keen to hear them. Let's see if we can shed some light on this mystery!
