It's so frustrating to see Jeffrey Wormley's case still unresolved after all these years, and I can't even begin to imagine what his family and friends are going through right now. It's got to be devastating to hope for answers for over a decade and see an acquittal after finally getting the case to trial. It makes you wonder how much evidence may have been lost over time or if there are other leads that haven't been pursued yet. It's also concerning to think about the role of pre-trial evidence. Coleman’s ex-girlfriend coming forward was a huge development, but it clearly wasn’t enough to convince the jury. Does anyone know if there were any additional investigations after her testimony came out? I really hope that more people with information - no matter how small - come forward. It's important for the Birmingham community to rally around the Wormley family. Nobody deserves to go through this ordeal alone, especially after such a lengthy process. Hopefully, justice will eventually prevail, and the truth about what happened that tragic night will come to light.
