It's deeply unsettling how this case has lingered without any solid leads. I keep coming back to the fact that two men went directly to Michael Hines’ mother's house looking for him. That seems really deliberate to me. They must have known him or knew something about him to go to his mother's place like that. Has there been any word from the people who might've had contact with him shortly before his passing? It's concerning to think someone might have known these individuals, but fear or other factors are keeping them silent. I can't imagine the pain his family is going through, not knowing who or why. Sending my thoughts to them and hoping that someone comes forward soon with information that brings them some peace.

Has anyone else been following Michael Hines’ case from Brainerd, Chattanooga? It's been over seven years, and it still baffles me how no suspects have been identified. The way the suspects just walked up to his mother and asked about him, it feels like some kind of targeted act, doesn't it? What makes no sense is how brazenly this was done in broad daylight, yet there seems to be little to no evidence leading to an arrest. I can't imagine what his family, especially his mother, must be going through—having witnessed such an awful event and not seeing justice served yet. This community has seen its share of gun violence, but every case where a family is left waiting without answers just adds to the pain. I really hope that with advances in forensic technology or maybe even a witness coming forward after all this time, they'll find some leads soon. Does anyone have any thoughts on why cases like this seem to go cold so quickly?

Has anyone else noticed how little information has been released about the vehicle involved in Michael Hines' case? It seems like that's a detail that could really help narrow things down. If there were any surveillance cameras in the neighborhood, they might have caught a glimpse of the car or even the license plate. Even just knowing the make or model could be a huge break in the case.
I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family must be going through, not knowing who did this or why. It's so frustrating to see another family left in limbo, waiting for answers and justice. I hope they’re receiving all the support they need while going through this unimaginable time.
If anyone in the area has any info or remembers seeing something, no matter how small it seems, I really hope they'll come forward. These cases don't solve themselves, and community help can make all the difference. Keeping Michael and his loved ones in my thoughts as they continue to seek justice.
