I’ve been deep-diving into the Bennett Irvin Wall case and something that strikes me as odd is the nearly three-year delay before he was reported missing. I can't wrap my head around why it took so long. Did his family think he had just moved or was he estranged from them at the time? It doesn't seem typical for a young man of 23 to just completely fall off the radar without somebody raising a red flag sooner. I wonder if this delay affected the momentum of the investigation or potential witnesses' willingness to come forward back then. If anyone has insights or theories on why this might have happened, I'd love to hear them. This case has so many unknowns, and this is one aspect that keeps nagging at me.
Wow, the Bennett Wall case has always intrigued me, especially the delay in reporting his disappearance. I can't help but wonder what was happening during those three years before his family reached out to the authorities. Were there strained family dynamics, or did they think he just moved away for a while? It's tough to imagine how any leads could have gone cold in that time. I'm curious if there were any other reports of young men disappearing in the Albuquerque area around then. Maybe there's a pattern or a connection that hasn't been explored yet. If anyone knows anything about other potential disappearances or has insight into the context of the time, please share!
