I'm truly disturbed by how long Jesse's case has remained unsolved, and my heart goes out to her family, especially her young son. It's deeply frustrating to think that Charlene Roberts, in the face of such loss, has to continue fighting for answers about who is responsible for taking her daughter away. The closure of The Vibe might have been a step in the right direction, but it still feels like justice hasn't been served here. What's really unsettling is how an innocent person like Jesse, simply grabbing a meal, could become a victim of an entirely separate altercation. This reality should be a wake-up call to address gun violence more effectively in our communities. The silence surrounding the case makes me wonder if there are people out there who know more than they're letting on. I'm holding onto hope that Jesse's family receives the closure they need with some concrete leads. The trauma they've endured is unimaginable, and the fact that Jesse’s little boy is growing up without answers is an injustice in itself. If anyone out there has information, I pray they find the courage to come forward.
