Has anyone else noticed how strange it is that despite all the searches, Karol’s body was never found? I’m thinking specifically about the possibility of her remains being in one of those abandoned mine shafts they searched. It makes me wonder how thorough those investigations were back in the early '90s—could ground-penetrating radar have been effective in those searches? And would it be worth revisiting with today’s technology? It feels like there might still be untapped potential in reviewing those areas with the newer advancements we have now. I'm not sure how common it is for such places to be completely ruled out without newer tech. Does anyone have experience or knowledge about the effectiveness of the search methods used back then versus today? Just trying to understand how this might help bring some answers to Karol’s case.
I've been thinking a lot about the case of Karol Marlene Sullens lately. Does anyone else find it odd that the dark-colored pickup truck with the camper shell has never been identified or traced back to an owner? Was it ever found and connected to someone? Vehicles like that are pretty distinct, and it's strange that in all this time, no one has come forward with information about it. Also, was this truck ever reported missing or linked to any other crimes in the area? It feels like there could potentially be a whole thread of clues related to that truck that might have never been fully explored. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this angle!
Has anyone dug deeper into the background of Kidwell and Davis? I keep wondering about their pasts and if there’s anything that might hint at a pattern of similar behavior or connections in the area. I feel like there's a lot we can learn by understanding the people involved, especially since Davis's account was what led to the charges. I remember reading somewhere that Kidwell had some prior run-ins with the law, but I can't recall the details. Does anyone have more information on that? It might help piece together why they were at the club that night and whether those guys had any other shady dealings or local ties. It’s been so long, but maybe uncovering more about them might spark a new lead or theory.
