Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Joy Hayward, and something that's been bothering me a lot is the call Joy made to the front desk. It's so upsetting to think that she reached out for help, yet nothing was done to ensure her safety. I can't help but wonder if there were any protocols in place at that hotel for such situations. Did the clerk simply dismiss it as a prank or overlook its seriousness? It seems like a huge gap in response, and it's heartbreaking to think about what might have changed had help arrived promptly. My heart truly goes out to Joy's family and friends as they grapple with this, and I hope they eventually find the answers and justice they deserve. Anyone else have thoughts on how hotel safety has evolved since this happened?
