I am so glad Jodi has clearly not been forgotten. After all this time it saddens me to say she is likely not with us anymore. That being said, her family still deserves to bring her home. She really needs to be found. Maybe the person who did it will someday tell someone where she is so she can be laid to rest.

I was watching some old footage of Jodi Huisentruit reporting the news, and it got me thinking about her abduction. One aspect that's been on my mind lately is the scattered items near her car in the parking lot. It's such a chilling detail—her shoes, hair dryer, and keys, just left there. It makes me wonder if something startled her enough to drop everything, or if the attacker took her by surprise. That parking lot might hold more clues than we realized. I hope someday soon we get answers that can provide closure to her loved ones.
Has anyone looked into the possibility of a neighboring apartment security camera capturing anything the morning Jodi disappeared? Given the signs of struggle around her car, I find it hard to believe no one heard anything. I understand that security footage wasn't as prevalent in '95 as it is now, but perhaps there were businesses or neighboring apartment complexes with cameras that could have had a view of the parking lot. It's baffling that no clues have come forth from potential witnesses living so close by. If anyone knows more about which areas were searched for possible surveillance footage, please share. It seems like this is a significant gap that could have made a difference in uncovering more about that morning.
Has anyone else looked into the strange detail about Jodi's red Mazda Miata? I've always found it odd that her possessions were scattered around the car but the vehicle itself wasn’t stolen. This suggests the abduction happened really fast, and the perpetrator might have been more focused on getting ahold of Jodi than her car or belongings. Plus, a Miata is pretty distinctive – not exactly a car you could blend in easily with if you wanted to avoid detection. Do you think it’s possible that whoever took Jodi didn’t care about the car due to a personal motive? I'm curious to hear what others think about this angle, especially considering how carefully orchestrated this abduction must have been.
