I was browsing through some old missing persons cases and came across Mitchell T. Hamilton's disappearance from 1996. I’m curious if anyone has ever connected his potential travels to Minnesota or Florida with any other missing person cases or unusual activities around that time? I know it's a bit of a stretch, but sometimes these cases have overlaps we might not immediately see. Given that he was skilled in mathematics and computers, maybe he took up some temporary work under the radar? I find it odd that someone with his intelligence wouldn't leave any traceable clue. If anyone's done a deep dive into similar missing persons in those areas or time periods, it'd be interesting to know if there's been any overlapping info. Sometimes revisiting these details from fresh perspectives can help spark new ideas or leads.

Does anyone have any details on whether Mitchell had any close friends outside of family? You know, someone he might have confided in or reached out to if he needed to get away? Social anxiety can be so isolating, and while his supportive role with his brother’s kids is amazing, he might have had someone else in his life we haven't heard about yet. I wonder if he had any connections in Minnesota or Florida since those were the places mentioned. It's odd that there's no confirmed sightings. If anyone heard anything about other friends or connections he had, it might be a piece of the puzzle we're missing here.
