Has anyone else been thinking about the circumstances surrounding the unlocked apartment door in the Chavez and Gonzalez case? To me, it feels odd that their keys were left inside, but the door was unlocked. Typically, wouldn't you lock the door when you step out, especially if you leave your keys behind? It's like they either left in a hurry or with someone they trusted, enough to not think about locking up. But then, their car was still parked nearby. Could it be they stepped out for a quick errand or social call and something happened? It's strange to think they just vanished without any sign of struggle or disturbance at the residence. Any thoughts on this? Maybe it’s a small detail, but it keeps nagging at me.
