Has anyone else noticed that the Drift-In Lounge where Betty was last seen has had a lot of trouble over the years? I looked into it, and there seems to be a history of issues around that area, especially concerning drug activity. Makes me wonder if the environment there put her in danger that night. It was Christmas, so it might have been busy or rowdy. It's such a shame that despite the police narrowing it down to people possibly involved with narcotics, there's still no solid leads after all these years. You'd think someone might have remembered something from a night like that, especially if there were two men hanging around her. If anyone recalls anything, no matter how small, it could be the piece of the puzzle that the investigators need. Anyone else have thoughts or theories on how the location could have played a part?

Has anyone looked into the Drift-In Lounge's clientele from back in ‘98? I’ve been reading about Betty Vigil Garcia's case, and it's got me wondering who else might've been there that night. If the two men seen with her were involved in narcotics, maybe they weren’t locals and were just passing through? It’s a long shot, but maybe some of the regulars or the bar staff from those days remember seeing someone unfamiliar. Even if those folks have moved away or don’t want to be linked to anything illegal, maybe there's a chance they’ve shared something over the years that could be helpful. Does anyone know if the investigators have combed through old records or tried to track down people who used to hang out there? It seems like even the smallest detail could shift the spotlight onto the right track after all this time.

Does anyone know if there were any major events or activities happening in Albuquerque around Christmas 1998 that might have drawn Betty Vigil Garcia to the Drift-In Lounge that night? I'm wondering if something specific brought her there or if it was just a regular hangout spot. It's also curious how she ended up with those two men. Albuquerque has always had a bit of an underground scene, so I'm thinking she could have been swept up in something unexpected. Has anyone heard if law enforcement ever looked into those two men's backgrounds or their connections to local criminal activities? It seems like that could be a major piece of the puzzle in understanding what happened to her. Just trying to wrap my head around why she would have been there and who else might have noticed anything unusual that night.
