Hey everyone. I've been following the Carlo Pfaff case for a while and something just doesn't sit right with me about the missing electronics—specifically, his TV, radio, and VCR. If Carlo left in a hurry and needed his heart medication but didn't take it, why would those items randomly be gone? Was there any information on whether these items were old or had significant value? Could he have sold them or maybe someone else took them after he vanished? I'm not suggesting anything specific yet, but given the other factors in this case, it's strange that there wasn't more emphasis on these missing items. Would love to know if anyone has more details or theories around this aspect!
Has anyone looked into the pawn shops in Columbia around the time of Carlo's disappearance? Since some electronic items were missing from his home, it's possible they might've been pawned off. I wonder if the police checked this angle thoroughly back then. Also, his van being missing is pretty significant. Could it have been used to transport the stolen goods? Just a thought. Wildlife and vegetation grow fast, so they could have hidden the van if it was simply abandoned somewhere less traveled. It might be worth looking again in today's era with updated search technology. It's been so long, and it makes you wonder if someone out there knows more than they're letting on.
