Has anyone looked into the possibility that Charles Strohm may have encountered someone who promised him a fresh start or a new opportunity? I've been reading through some older cases, and I keep noticing a pattern where vulnerable individuals are often targeted by people offering false hope. Especially since authorities thought he might have been heading to Texas, maybe someone gave him a ride thinking they'd help him, or worse, took advantage of his situation. This could potentially explain how he might have left without leaving any trace. Just a thought, but maybe it's worth looking into where any charitable organizations or community groups were operating back then and if they had any connections or incidents to report around the time Charles went missing. Any insight from locals or anyone familiar with the area back then would be really helpful!

I’ve been digging into Charles Strohm’s case, and something that's been on my mind is the Texas connection. There isn’t a lot of detail on why authorities thought he might head there. Did he have family or friends in Texas? Was it based on something he said or did before disappearing? Someone mentioned he might be traveling, but with his mental state, it doesn't seem clear if this was intentional or something else entirely. Trying to figure out if anyone has thoughts on why Texas was suggested as a destination. It seems like such a huge lead yet so vague at the same time. What do you all think?
