Has anyone else thought about the significance of Cedric leaving his coat, cell phone, and keys behind? It seems like such an odd choice, especially in November. Something just doesn’t feel right about that to me. If Cedric truly planned to leave town for a few days, wouldn’t those be essential items to take? Unless he thought he was coming back shortly or felt safe with whoever was in that white truck, I can’t see why he’d abandon them. Could it suggest he was in a hurry or perhaps didn’t plan on going far initially? Maybe he trusted the individuals in the truck and didn’t expect things to go awry. Also, the description of that truck is so generic—are there no leads on who these two unknown individuals might be or where they were headed? It’s frustrating how little information there is. Anyone with insight or thoughts on this aspect?
