Has anyone else been following the recent news from Birmingham? It's so tragic to hear about what happened to Donnell McKinney at Sunrise Pointe Apartments. I can’t imagine what his family must be going through right now. To think that this is already the 29th homicide of the year in Birmingham is so concerning. I’m curious about the area where this took place. Does anyone know if it’s usually quiet, or have there been incidents there before? It just seems like such a random place for something like this to happen. Hoping the community can come together and provide any information they might have. Sending strength to everyone impacted by this and hoping for justice soon.
