Anyone else find it odd that James Perryman's birth certificate and firefighter certificate were left in the car? It’s like those aren't things you’d just leave behind if you were planning to go somewhere voluntarily, right? I get that people sometimes carry important documents around in case of emergencies, but something feels off here. If he was indeed planning a visit to that gun range, why would he bring such personal documents unless he had another destination in mind? Seems like an intentional act to leave them behind or maybe a signal of sorts. I keep wondering if we're missing a piece of this puzzle. Anyone else have thoughts on this angle?
Has anyone else looked into the significance of the empty gun case found in James' rental car? It's odd to me that his pistol was missing, but the case and a gun lock were left behind. Could it indicate that he left in a hurry or perhaps met with someone he trusted initially? I wonder if the half-empty box of shells suggests he might have gone to a shooting range before he disappeared. If he planned to visit an indoor range, as mentioned, why leave his certificates in the car but take the weapon? It just raises more questions about what he might have been involved in or whom he intended to meet that day. The lack of evidence since is just baffling. What are everyone else's thoughts on this? Could he have been planning to go somewhere beyond the gun range?
Something that puzzles me about the James Lewis Perryman case is the presence of his firefighter certificate in the rental car. Why would he have that on a trip to a casino and a gun range? It doesn't seem like a document you'd need for a short jaunt like this, does it? Could the certificate have held some sentimental value, or is it possible he had some specific plans involving it? Another angle that might be worth exploring: was he planning to start a new life somewhere else, or did he suspect he might get into some form of trouble that would require proof of his profession? It's just such a curious detail that seems out of place and makes me wonder about what he might have been thinking at the time.
