I was just reading about Antoine Charles Thomas Jr., and it's heartbreaking to think about how this young life was cut short in a place that should have been safe. I can't get past the idea that Antoine's family was right there with him when it happened. I wonder how they're coping with such a devastating loss, knowing this happened in what should have been a sanctuary. It’s so unsettling that it's October now, and still no leads on who could have done this. Does anyone have thoughts on how community support or involvement might help in cases like this? It's frustrating that these violent incidents, especially involving young people, seem to be happening too often in Pittsburgh. My thoughts are with Antoine's family during this incredibly difficult time.
