Has anyone here looked into the weather conditions around Draper, WI, on June 20, 2003, when Andrew Robert Bliss went missing? I've read that storms can sometimes reveal clues much later by shifting soil and debris or uncovering hidden areas. It's been a long time, but I'm curious if there have been any unusual findings near Federal Forest Road 162 due to weather changes over the years. Sometimes timing aligns just right, and you find something in an unexpected way. Just a thought, but maybe it's worth considering? There could be something that’s been overlooked due to previous weather conditions impacting search efforts!
