Has anyone else been curious about the mystery man who mailed Dymashal Cullins's ID back to her house? I mean, he finds her ID near the Jeep in Decatur and just sends it back without contacting law enforcement? Seems odd to me, especially given the blood found in the vehicle. Was he ever identified and questioned? I feel like this could be a vital lead that was overlooked. Anyone have any thoughts or heard anything new about this angle in the reopened investigation?
