I’ve been following Ande Fan’s case and can’t stop thinking about the fact that he left behind all his personal belongings, including things that most of us wouldn’t go anywhere without, like his keys and money. It’s like he just vanished without a trace. With his bank account untouched since he went missing, it really does seem like he didn’t plan to be away long, or at least not without accessing his funds. I’m curious if there has been any attempt to check if he might have started using a different account, or if investigators have considered if his bipolar disorder could have led to an episode that led him to wander off without planning. It’s baffling and so sad that there’s still no clarity on his whereabouts after all these years. If anyone in the New Haven area remembers anything unusual from August 2004, no matter how small, it could be a crucial piece of the puzzle.
