Hey everyone, I've been following Ahren Barnard's case for a while now, and I keep coming back to the timing of his last phone call at 7:15 PM on December 4th. It's so strange that there was radio silence after that. Have there been any updates on who he was talking to, or if they checked his phone records from before his disappearance? It seems like such a key detail that might shed light on his movements or state of mind that evening.
Also, with his car being parked back at his place—did they ever look into whether someone might've brought it back there to make it seem like he just vanished from home? That, combined with no signs of a struggle and his personal items being left behind, just adds another layer to the mystery. Any thoughts? Curious if anyone has dug deeper into this aspect or has theories on what might have happened after his visit to McDonald's.
Has anyone else come across any odd details about the McDonald's where Ahren was last seen? I’ve been piecing through some info and something's been bugging me. The location was busy that night, but it's strange that there weren’t any sightings or reports from other customers or staff who might have noticed something noteworthy. Were there any security cameras around back in 2004, and if so, what happened to that footage? Surveillance technology might not have been what it is today, but I'd imagine a place like McDonald's would have had something in place. Could the cameras have captured any useful leads, and were they ever thoroughly checked by the police? Sometimes these small, overlooked details hold the key. Just curious if anyone else found anything about that or can dig up more info on what the authorities did or didn’t find out back then.
