Does anyone else find the timeline of Joseph Thomas Sweat Jr.'s movements that night puzzling? He was last seen leaving his home just before 11 PM, but there weren't any reports of where he might have been headed or who he might have been meeting. Given that he was in a pretty populated area, you'd think someone would have noticed him or seen something suspicious. It’s so frustrating that there haven't been any major leads all these years.
