Has anyone else noticed how security camera footage doesn't seem to get much attention in older cases like Kevin Garner's? It's puzzling because there would have been footage from the ATM or nearby street on the night he was shot. I can't imagine how his family must feel, knowing something as simple as a camera could hold key information. I've read about similar cases where security footage played a huge role in catching the perpetrator. I really hope Philly law enforcement digs deeper into whatever footage they might have, even if it's not the best quality.
