Has anyone looked into potential witnesses near the park on Strauss Street that night? I can't stop thinking about how it might have been a busy area, especially if it was a pleasant night. It's so distressing to think that Derrick Brown and his family still have no answers even after all this time. If anyone was around the area or knows someone who might have seen or heard something, it could make a huge difference in bringing some resolution to this case. My heart goes out to Derrick's family; it must be incredibly difficult to not have the closure they deserve.
