On a Tuesday morning, September 4, 1990, a 64-year-old woman named Ann Lylyck vanished in Toronto, Ontario. She was last seen at approximately 6:50 a.m. when a friend dropped her and her dog off at the Our Lady of Mercy Hospital. Ann had intended to visit her aunt at the hospital and planned to take her dog for a walk beforehand. When her friend returned to the hospital a few hours later, Ann was nowhere to be found.
