Linda Sue Nickell's case has always intrigued me, especially considering the time she vanished and the habits that were common back then. Anybody else think it's significant that she regularly hitchhiked? In the 70s, this was quite normal, but it obviously came with risks. It makes me wonder if someone she thought she could trust might have been involved. The fact she was last seen heading to The Thrift City and then just disappeared is unsettling. Has anyone in the Flint area ever mentioned seeing her that day, maybe recognized her on the way to the bar? Sometimes locals might have tidbits that never make it into the official reports. Also, what about the friend she planned to meet? Did they ever come forward with info? So many questions still left unanswered in her case.
