Has anyone else been following up on Patricia Lee Otto’s case from 1976? I’ve been reading up on it lately, and I find it quite puzzling how no solid evidence has surfaced after all these years, especially considering the drama surrounding Ralph Otto. I mean, the guy was convicted of trying to hire a hitman! Yet, there's so little concrete proof linking him directly to Patty's disappearance. It's frustrating because you would think some evidence would have come out by now, especially given how suspicious everything was from the start. Also, does anyone else find it odd that despite all that's happened, Ralph never seemed to completely clear himself from the public's suspicion? His conviction getting overturned must have been a blow to the investigation. Hoping Suzanne and the rest of the family can eventually find some closure. Would love to hear other people's thoughts or theories.
Has anyone come across any credible trails related to Patty Otto's disappearance? I've been following this case for a while, and something that puzzles me is the location of her wedding rings. They were found in Ralph's coat pocket, which seems odd if Patty had any plans of leaving on her own accord. Why would she take them off and put them there unless she was planning on coming back or unless Ralph had something to do with them being there? It's things like this that never quite sit right with me, and I find it so unsettling. It makes you wonder what other pieces of the puzzle are still out there. Does anyone else have thoughts on this?
Has anyone else looked into Ralph Otto's background? I came across some information about his criminal activities beyond the attempted hit on the investigator, and it paints a pretty unsettling picture. It seems like he had a knack for getting involved in shady situations. I can't help but wonder if his past could offer more clues about Patricia’s disappearance. His arrest record alone feels like it's worth a closer look. There's just too much smoke here for there not to be a fire, you know? I also find it odd how quickly the marriage went from reconciliation to disaster. Maybe Patricia's attempt at divorce was her trying to escape something bigger? It's hard to piece everything together with the limited information, but I feel like these small details from Ralph's life might help fill in the gaps. Anyone else found anything about his earlier life or other possible motives?
