Has anyone looked into the significance of where Loy's purse was found? Unity Village seems like an odd spot for it to turn up, and I'm curious if there's been any deeper exploration into why it was there. I mean, it's not exactly close to her work or where her car was parked. Was this location somehow meaningful, either to Loy or potentially the suspect who was arrested at the time? It's frustrating to think that her purse being found might have been more than just a random throwaway act. Maybe it's worth revisiting any connections to this area, or people associated with Unity Village back in 1977. Thoughts?
Does anyone find it odd that Loy's purse was found under a bridge near Unity Village? It seems like such a random place for it to show up, especially considering it was discovered ten days after her disappearance. Could it have been placed there intentionally by someone involved, or was it just discarded in a hurry? Also, the choice of location strikes me as purposeful. Was this an area known to Loy or her social circle? It feels like vehicles would have had to stop nearby for someone to toss the purse without being seen. It's just baffling that her belongings turn up there, yet it offers no answers. Would love to hear if anyone else has theories about the significance of this spot!
I recently came across Loy Gillespie Evitts' case and I’m curious about the timing of her errands on the day she disappeared. If she was seen at the drugstore during her lunch break, does anyone know if there were any witnesses who saw her leave the drugstore or observed her walking towards her car? It seems like it would have been a busy time of day, and someone could have seen something. It’s puzzling how she just vanished with seemingly no one noticing. It almost makes me wonder if someone was following her without her knowing, waiting for the perfect moment. The details just don’t add up, especially with her car being parked as usual and her purse only showing up later. Maybe there’s someone out there who remembers something, even after all these years.
