I've been following Nellie Florence Cornman Flickinger's case, and something that's been bugging me lately is the lack of information about the man she was last seen with. I know he’s been vaguely described, but does anyone know if there's been any follow-up on identifying him? Given that he might have military ties, could there have been records, like base visits or something, that investigators could check into? I understand this was in the late '70s, but it seems like there would still be an avenue to explore there. Maybe someone in a military forum could help dig up more info or leads? It's frustrating how this avenue seems to have gone cold, and it feels like there could have been more done at the time to try and track where she might have gone with him. I've heard of cases where similar approaches paid off, and I wonder if there's a way to apply that here. Thoughts?
