I came across a little detail in Roberto Santiago's case that has me thinking. Does anyone else find it odd that there haven't been any reported witnesses despite it happening in a reportedly busy area? Northeast Philly is usually bustling, right? I wonder if people might be scared to come forward or if there's something more that hasn't been shared with the public. It's so distressing to know his family still doesn't have answers. My heart goes out to them, and I hope someone finds the courage to speak up soon. What do you all think might be the reason for this lack of eyewitness accounts?
