Has anyone noticed the detail about the car Tricia was seen getting into? The descriptions say it was a blue 1979 Dodge or Pontiac with a damaged passenger door. Those specifics seem pretty distinct to me, especially the mention of the license plates starting with "Q" and "R." I'm curious if anyone has any insights on how that angle was pursued way back then. Did the authorities do any extensive searches or public appeals asking for reports on damaged cars fitting that description at the time? It seems like such a viable lead, yet I'm not sure if it was exhaustively followed up on before the trail went cold. Would be great to hear thoughts or any info that others could add on this aspect.
