Hey everyone, I was rereading some of the details about Patricia Jean Schneider’s disappearance and something struck me—those two men with sandy hair seen at the Circle K. Does anyone know if they were ever identified or brought in for questioning? It's odd that they were mentioned, but there's not much info about them in the case files that are available online. Given the timing and their potential proximity to Patricia when she made that call about her car, you'd think they might hold some clues, even if indirectly.
And, then there's the fire. The fact that her car was set ablaze just a few hours later... Makes you wonder if these men could have been involved in that somehow? Or maybe they saw something? It's frustrating that there seem to be leads that just sort of...evaporate. Anyone out there with more insight or ideas on these guys?
Hey everyone, I was looking into Patricia Jean Schneider's disappearance and something odd stood out to me. Has anyone else noticed how the Circle K where Patricia made that last phone call was kind of a hotspot for late-night activity back in the early '80s? I'm wondering if anyone has come across information about what kind of security was in place at the time or if any other strange incidents happened around there. The fact that two guys with sandy hair were hanging around that late is intriguing and a bit suspicious. It’s a long shot, but maybe someone who frequented that area back then noticed something unusual in the days or hours leading up to her car being set on fire? Crew members from the Palomino Station or other places nearby might have some bits of info too. It's like piecing together a jigsaw where some pieces are missing—hoping for leads or thoughts from anyone familiar with that era.
