Did anyone else find it curious that Sean's baby brother was also in the yard when he disappeared, but there's so little focus on what he might have seen, even if he was so young? I get that he was probably too little to remember much, but maybe there were certain things he could have reacted to—like a startled cry or an unusual noise—that investigators could have found useful in narrowing down the timeline or even the sequence of events. They say kids pick up on a lot more than we give them credit for, right? Just wondering if anyone with more insight into similar cases has noticed anything like this being pursued in other investigations.

I’ve been reading about Sean Wayne Evans’ case again, and something’s been nagging at me. Does anyone else find it odd that his ball was found near the riverbank, but there were no footprints or signs of a struggle? I know it was a long time ago, but if the ground was even a bit soft, wouldn’t there have been some indication he walked over there? Could he have been carried? I feel like there’s something there that doesn’t sit right with the idea he simply fell in. Maybe someone who was familiar with the area knew how to get in and out without leaving a trace? Sometimes I feel like there are more questions than answers in these old cases. Thoughts?
