Has anyone done any research into the area where Richard's car was found in Tobyhanna Township? I was looking at maps from that time, and it seems like a very secluded place, especially in the 1980s. With his condition and tendency to get lost, could he have wandered off deeper into the woods? Also, given his fear of strangers, I'm wondering if there was someone he might have felt safe with or was trying to meet? The fact his car was left unlocked makes me think he wasn't planning on being away from it for long. It’s such a mystery how he ended up so far from Manchester. Does anyone have more info or local knowledge of that area from back then?

Does anyone have more information about Richard Boissonneau's car being found in Tobyhanna Township? I just saw that mentioned in an old article, and it really got me thinking about why he would've been there. That area is pretty remote, and it's quite a drive from Manchester. I’m curious to know if there was any connection he might have had there or if it's just a total mystery. Also, his car being unlocked feels strange to me. Was there any indication that it was broken down, or did it seem like it was just left there? Just seems like something really specific might have led him to that spot. Any local folks from the Tobyhanna area remember anything unusual around that time?
