So sad she hasn't been found yet. I believe she has tried to be found but has been kept from being reunited with her family. It has been so long. I wonder if she will ever be found.

Wow, the detail that really sticks with me is that call to the Gallup police in '87. I can't even imagine the frustration of not being able to trace it back to Anthonette. With all the advancements in technology now, I wonder if the call was made today, could we have tracked it better? It's just chilling to think about a scared child reaching out like that and then nothing. I hope this case someday gets the attention it deserves and that someone out there who knows something finally speaks up. Has anyone looked into similarities between Anthonette's case and other missing children reports from around the same time? Just curious how common these unsettling patterns are.
Hey everyone! I've been following Anthonette Cayedito's case for a while, and there's something that really sticks out to me—the call she made to the Gallup police in 1987. It's so chilling to think that she reached out for help and yet, despite the urgency of that call, there wasn't a breakthrough.
Does anyone else think there could have been a missed opportunity in that moment? I know it's nearly impossible to trace calls like that back in the '80s, especially without today's technology, but what if more could have been done? It's frustrating to think that a potential lifeline was there and then gone so quickly. Maybe I've watched too many true crime documentaries, but I wonder if there's anyone in the area who might remember hearing something more.
I'm curious to hear what others think about that call. Do you think there was more to the story, or was it just another cruel turn in this tragic case? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
