I was reading about Omar Perez's case, and my heart goes out to his family and friends. I wanted to talk about something that's been bothering me. So, Omar was unfortunately attacked on North Waterloo Street, but what's intriguing and frustrating is that it happened in a residential area. Does anyone know if there were any witnesses? People who might have been nearby probably heard or saw something, right? It’s really hard to believe that no one came forward with more information. Maybe someone was too scared to speak up before but could feel more secure doing so now. Any thoughts on how we can encourage more witness reports?
