I've been reading a lot about Turhan Richardson's case, and something that keeps standing out to me is how challenging it must be for investigators dealing with a lack of witnesses. The area where Turhan was found seems like it would have had some activity, even during the day. Is it possible that people are afraid to come forward? I wonder if there's anything more the community or the police could do to ensure witnesses feel safe to share what they know. My thoughts are with Turhan's family and friends.
